I called this property to get information for my brother due to him relocating out here closer to me and when I spoke to Renee she was amazing. She was so sweet, explained everything to me and even answered all my questions.

I’ve lived here for a while, and I have to say the new manager, Renee, has made such a positive difference! She’s professional, kind, and really on top of things. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication has improved, and the property feels well taken care of again. It’s great to see someone who takes pride in their work and makes everyone feel valued. Keep up the great work, Renee — it’s definitely noticed and appreciated!

I just moved here from SC by myself & I am grateful for Willow Creek Apartments! Nasta is very supportive/helpful plus she’s a genuinely nice & a pleasure to be around! The maintenance crew are phenomenal & helpfully as well! They were very quick with all of my requests! I am very glad I chose Willow Creek!!!!
