I had a clog in my sink and the same day I put a work order in, I had maintenance come by and fix it. I think his name was Austin, tallish white guy with hand tattoos. The maintenence staff could not be better.

Amazing customer service
Nasta gives amazing customer service, she speaks highly and gives great advice. Nasta also gives positive feedback and attitude, she provides clear and detailed information about the apartment complex. I feel confident and comfortable for having Nasta as my leasing agent.

I have been wanting to find the perfect apartment for a few months now and I have finally found it at Willow Creek Apartments! This is all due thanks to the help of my leasing agent Nasta and the awesome team working at the complex! Nasta did an awesome job throughly showing me all the amenities (including the dog park 🎉🥳) and overall providing a great friendly service. Will be looking forward to living here!

Great place to live for the price. The community is very peaceful (besides the occasional dog barking or kid playing). I haven’t had any pest issues (something I’ve hated to have in the past) and don’t have any complaints with maintenance. Nathan up at the front office is always a pleasure. Hopefully this helps future renters!

I’ve lived here at Willow Creek for the past year and a half. I normally don’t leave reviews, but ever since moving to my 2 bedroom, I have loved living here. Me and my girlfriend enjoy how peaceful and friendly the community is. Nathan (our leasing agent at the time) did such a wonderful job showcasing our new home and we are so glad we got to work with him. Highly recommend moving to these apartments.

After touring Willow Creek with Nathan, I immediately fell in love with the idea of moving in!! He was very helpful in answering all my questions and I’m planning on moving in April!

My wife & I showed up today to view an apartment. The leasing agent Stephanie Williams was amazing! She showed us the apartment first which we really liked. Then proceeded to show us the 2 pools, the gym as well as the dog park! Not sure about committing yet but Stephanie was probably the best part. She knows her stuff!
