Have had an exhausting time searching for an apartment but Nathan was a breath of fresh air!

Definitely not luxury apartments by any means but for the price and area this place is decent. Never had issues with noise, neighbors, pests, etc. Area feels relatively safe, and the few times we needed maintenance they came and got the job done. Not sure how things will be on move out but we made sure to document and photograph all existing defects in the apartment the day we moved in which I highly recommend everyone does to avoid paying move out fees!

Nathan, who works in the front office was amazing, very accommodating and I felt that definitely needed to be noted. The lady’s in front were very helpful as well.

This place is just amazing, I am so greatful and humble to have came across such a great place me and my kids love it.

I had recently visited these apartments in Tempe for my daughter and had a pleasant experience with an employee I would like to appreciate. I had a young man named Nathan show me around, he answered my barrage of questions thoroughly and quickly. I am a very detailed oriented person so having excellent, friendly service is admirable

Had a great experience with these apartments so far. I called about an issue with my dryer over the weekend and they came and fixed it within the next 2 business days. The leasing office so far has also been great, I had the pleasure of working with Nathan and he helped me so much walking me through every step of the process.
