Been searching for months and dealing with leasing agents left and right however the best experience by far that I've had has been with Taylor at the willow creek apartments in Tempe! Finally felt heard and attended to when it came to what I want! Loved speaking with her!

Called the other day to get some information and Taylor really helped answer all the questions I had!

Out off all the apartments I’ve lived in the Phoenix area, she gave me the most authentic and caring assistance I’ve ever had in my renting experience. Thoughtfulness when it came to my commute to work, picking a space suited best for me and my support dog, and even the best foods near the complex! Have had an exhausting time searching for an apartment but Nathan was a breath of fresh air!

Definitely not luxury apartments by any means but for the price and area this place is decent. Never had issues with noise, neighbors, pests, etc. Area feels relatively safe, and the few times we needed maintenance they came and got the job done. Not sure how things will be on move out but we made sure to document and photograph all existing defects in the apartment the day we moved in which I highly recommend everyone does to avoid paying move out fees!
