I chatted with Stacy at the front desk after expressing interest in moving to Tempe for work. Out off all the apartments I’ve lived in the Phoenix area, she gave me the most authentic and caring assistance I’ve ever had in my renting experience. Thoughtfulness when it came to my commute to work, picking a space suited best for me and my support dog, and even the best foods near the complex! I love my home, and will be signing for another lease next summer. Thanks, Stacy!

My husband and I toured the apartments with Taylor last weekend. She was very knowledgeable, patient, provided excellent customer service and gave us all the information we needed! It was a pleasure working with her!

Definitely not luxury apartments by any means but for the price and area this place is decent. Never had issues with noise, neighbors, pests, etc. Area feels relatively safe, and the few times we needed maintenance they came and got the job done. Not sure how things will be on move out but we made sure to document and photograph all existing defects in the apartment the day we moved in which I highly recommend everyone does to avoid paying move out fees!

Nathan, who works in the front office was amazing, very accommodating and I felt that definitely needed to be noted. The lady’s in front were very helpful as well.

I had recently visited these apartments in Tempe for my daughter and had a pleasant experience with an employee I would like to appreciate. I had a young man named Nathan show me around, he answered my barrage of questions thoroughly and quickly. I am a very detailed oriented person so having excellent, friendly service is admirable

I has a fantastic experience on my tour with Nathan of Willow Creek! He was very considerate of my situation and did not provide any added pressure or stress which was a breath of fresh air. Very thankful!
