Recently moved into this complex from out of state. The leasing staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were moving under short notice and the office was able to get everything situated basically over a weekend! Courtney was a blessing as I know she went above and beyond to reach out to certain personal in order to speed up the process for us. She was always available when we reached out, and responded immediately to our emails. The apartment itself is spacious and updated nicely with brand new appliances and cabinets. There are many nice clean pools on property and the area feels safe and pleasant. We had a couple minor issues upon move in and work orders were placed immediately and fixed within the first month. Would recommend for someone looking to be in the Tempe area. Thanks again to the friendly staff, and especially Courtney for helping us settle during a stressful time.

The front Front desk staff are amazing the manager Lupe is so helpful and really goes the extra mile for her residents. The assistant manager Kilie is so nice and a super star in her own right. Nathan also pretty cool guy. The maintenance staff is also pretty cool Brandon did a good job with the work that had to be done in my apartment.

Maintenance personnel were courteous and professional. Showed us how to work washer, changed the patio light bulb and raised the shower curtain bars in both showers; however, they kept on sliding down as soon as maintenance left.

Had a few minor issues with my apt on move-in. The ladies at the office immediately put in the request, maintenance came over, I signed the papers, and it was taken care of. Issues happen, but as long as they get taken care of, I cannot complain. Loving my apt.
